"Decepticons, transform!" cries Megatron. "Our ambush has turned out to be a trap - for us!"

In a panic the Decepticons pour out of the forest. Though badly injured, they begin to fly away.

The Autobots give a cheer.

"Well done, Ironhide," says Optimus Prime. "Now let's get the Sun-Pak."

Optimus Prime and Ironhide enter the forest. A few minutes later they return. "I have good news and bad news," Optimus Prime tells his troops. "The good news is that the Decepticons didn't get the Sun-Pak."

"What's the bad news?" asks Mirage.

"The bad news is that Ironhide did!"

Optimus Prime holds up a formless mess of metal and fiberglass. "This is all that remains of the original Sun-Pak," he says. "It was in the direct line of fire of Ironhide's nozzle. I'm almost sorry now that Megatron didn't take it with him!"

The Autobots laugh cheerfully. They know Sparkplug will soon produce another Sun-Pak. And for this moment at least, their futre seems bright.
