Armada is where the Minicons come from, so you'll ask Armada Starscream, of course! You'll just fly downstairs ( he lives on top of the television ) and ask to borrow Swindle, his Minicon. The worst he can do is say no, right?

You land on top of the television, and, fortunately, both Starscream and Swindle are in. You prepare to ask ... but, c'mon, you're a Predacon. Wouldn't it be more in character to just steal Swindle? You'll return him right after you beat Megatron, anyway.

Starscream glances over. "What do you want, Terrorsaur?"

You look up at the much taller robot and reply ...

"Mind if I borrow Swindle? I'm trying to overthrow Megatron."
"LOOK OVER THERE! Yoink!"
